Social Media for Business Use

This on-line learning course provides an understanding of the latest recruitment methods through use of social media and enables participants to use this resource effectively for job search and to promote their services.
• Understand how businesses use Social Media to recruit and job search.
• Develop or refresh own professional profile using Linked-In or other professional networking platforms.
• Build up a professional network using social media.
Assessment is by a portfolio of work covering two units.
Qualification: SFEDI Level 1 Award in Social Media for Business Use. Duration: 6 days with 4 on-line live training sessions delivered through Microsoft Teams on Tuesdays and Thursdays, on Microsoft Teams, 11:00 –14:00hrs and 2 days for independent study with 1:1 tutorials and support.
Initial assessments and enrolments will be on-line during the National Lockdown.
